Misson Statement

KGE Photography exists to capture more than images — it exists to build lifelong visual stories.

Founded on passion, loyalty, and creative grit, KGE Photography is committed to growing alongside the people and businesses it serves. From the first session to the milestones that follow, photography is treated as a long-term relationship, not a one-time transaction.

Every client has a story worth documenting. Whether it is a couple beginning their life together, a musician building a name, an entrepreneur shaping a brand, or a family preserving memories, the mission remains the same: create images that hold meaning today and even greater value tomorrow.

Driven by relentless passion for the craft, KGE Photography invests in top-tier equipment, continuous education, and creative exploration to deliver work that stands out while staying authentic.

Patience, communication, and comfort are at the core of every session. Great photography happens when people feel seen, respected, and understood — and that environment is intentionally built for every client.

KGE Photography is not just about showing up with a camera.

It is about showing up for people.

The ultimate goal is simple:

To be the photographer who grows with you through every season of life and business.

KGE Photography was founded by Kevin G. Eilenberg in Bismarck, North Dakota, in 2015 with one simple idea: photography shouldn’t be limited to one subject, one style, or one type of client.

More than a decade later, that philosophy still defines KGE Photography.

Now based primarily in Fargo, North Dakota, Kevin works throughout North Dakota, the Midwest, and beyond. His portfolio crosses everything from portraits, couples, families and weddings to commercial branding, restaurants, fashion, live music, entertainment, travel and behind-the-scenes film photography.

Kevin’s interest in photography began long before KGE Photography existed. At nine years old, while visiting New York City 2001, he explored the city with a disposable camera, photographing places such as Central Park. What began as childhood curiosity eventually developed into a career built around documenting people, places, businesses and moments as they actually feel.

A Career Built Through Experience

Over the years, Kevin’s camera has taken him into environments ranging from intimate family milestones and wedding days to concert stages, businesses, movie sets and events across the country.

His entertainment portfolio includes work involving artists such as Machine Gun Kelly, Waka Flocka Flame, Juicy J, Baby Bash, and Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, along with numerous independent and emerging artists.

His behind-the-scenes film experience includes productions such as Stan the Man, Garlic & Gunpowder, Death House, and Camp Twilight, providing opportunities to work around actors and filmmakers including James Duval, Vivica A. Fox, Katherine Kelly Lang, Michael Madsen, Steven Chase, and Martin Kove.

But recognizable names have never been what defines KGE Photography.

The same care goes into photographing a family’s yearly portraits, a local entrepreneur building a business, a musician playing their first major show, a couple getting married, or a small-town story discovered somewhere along a North Dakota highway.

Fun fact: Michael Manson prefers his photos to be in black-and-white. He said he loves to richness of the shades.

Photography Without a Box

Kevin’s approach is rooted in candid storytelling, patience, exploration and adaptability.

Rather than forcing every person or project into the same photographic formula, he works with the environment and personality in front of him. Some photographs are polished and carefully constructed. Others are spontaneous, imperfect, emotional or completely unexpected.

That’s intentional.

After more than a decade behind the camera, KGE Photography continues to evolve while holding onto the philosophy that started it:

Capture the story. Grow with the people you photograph. And create something worth looking back on years from now.
